FESTIVAL

"Territory"

"Territory" is conceived as the embodiment of the concept of the festival-school - a new educational and cultural project. The greatest interest this year is not so much the theater program (for it, performances from the repertoire of the Theater of Nations and the Gogol Center were selected), but how much the program is Living Spaces - three teams of authors will prepare performances in city museums in a few days. The festival is led by Evgeny Mironov, Kirill Serebrennikov, Roman Dolzhansky and Chulpan Khamatova.

Concert

A place to bury strangers

Americans A Place To Bury Strangers play aggressive shugeyz: the press has label the musicians as the “New York City's loudest band”, and team leader Oliver Ackermann has his own brand of guitar lotions. Everything suggests that at a concert in Moscow as part of the European tour, spectators will not be spared either - we are preparing for a very powerful sound. The opening act is the Italian post-punk group Soviet Soviet, which has already traveled, it seems, to all regions of Russia.

"It hurts, unpleasant, terrible and scary - to sit at the repost"

In early August, Evgenia Chudnovets, herself once convicted of extremism, wrote a complaint to the E Center asking her to check Pussy Riot's videos. The progressive public, which had previously actively defended the convict, immediately declared Eugene an enemy and a scammer.
