Simple Wine Fest Festival Guide

November 17 at Gastroferm will host the Simple Wine Fest enogastronomic festival. Wine will be the main thing at the festival: 12 tasting zones with champagne, biodynamic wines, riesling, bordeaux and a dozen more varieties and species will work at the event. It will be possible to have a bite to a glass of wine or even have a good dinner, listen to lectures and master classes and, of course, buy accessories and literature. What drink

The festival will have 12 tasting zones, so you can choose drinks for every taste. At different points champagne and sparkling wine, Rieslings, Bordeaux, New World wines will be presented, as well as a selection of wines of a democratic price range. In addition to wine, there will be strong drinks at the festival: sake, cognac and cocktails on vodka, gin and rum.
The ticket price already includes a bottle of water, three glasses of wine and a cocktail or digestif, so trying a little bit should work.

What is

Of course, wine can and should be accompanied by food and snacks, so more than 20 points with a wide variety of cuisines will work at Gastroferm. With a glass of red, you can safely go to Meet Meat for steaks, ribs and burgers. For meze, pita and fried pies you need to go to the "Cyprus Cuisine". For those who prefer biodynamics and raw fish, Eco Sushi will work with rolls, sashimi and Japanese soups. And with a glass of sparkling run over pastries and eclairs in Maison d'Eclair. In addition, on the food court you can find pizza, bao rolls, hummus, fish, pilaf, bread and vegetarian food. By the way, one gastronomic compliment is already included in the ticket price.

What to buy

Of course, you need to buy wine first of all at the wine festival, but, in addition to drinks, at the Simple Wine Fest you can buy several lines of famous Spiegelau wine glasses, sets, decanters and other accessories for those who want to make wine a little more seriously. Also on the market it will be possible to buy books that will help you better understand wine, remember that pinot noir is a variety of red grapes with white juice, and will teach you to distinguish French wine from New Zealand.

In between tastings of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, everyone will be able to listen to lectures from leading sommeliers, winemakers and industry experts, the main thing is to have time to sign up. Vasily Raskov will tell you how to write about wine in social networks, Fedor Elyutin will talk about the theater, Leonid Klein will give a lecture “Three Lunches of Russian Literature”, and they will also talk in a lecture about street food and champagne, how to assemble a home bar, and about Russian winemaking .
There will also be music at the festival: first, DJ Anatoly Ice will play for the guests, and at the end of the evening, visitors will see a concert by the Medzhikul band. Dancing to be.
