Cafe "Fedya, game!"

The new cafe of the chef and owner of the restaurant "Honest Kitchen" Sergei Eroshenko. Will work on the territory of the Danilovsky market, but in its own room, designed for 25 guests. The menu contains the actual game, for example: venison with wild berry sauce, wild duck stewed breast with ginger and apple puree and red grape sauce, mugxun fudge, bruschetta with game paste and lingonberry jelly, smoked Yakut fish and pies. In addition, in the cafe it will be possible to buy fish, meat and poultry with you, the recommended recipes of Eroshenko will be attached to them; assortment will vary depending on the season. You can also buy sausages, pastes, pies, sauces and home-made jams.

Restaurant "Semiramis"

In place of the Gallery restaurant on Petrovka, the legendary Semiramis restaurant will open. He worked in Bolshoi Nikolopeskovsky Lane near the Arbat from 1995 to 2000. Its owner was restaurateur Tatyana Berkovich (later - the 30/7 bar, the Semifreddo and Mao restaurants), she is now engaged in the revival of the restaurant. He does this together with the owners of the closed "Gallery" restaurateurs Arkady Novikov and Alexander Sorkin.

They plan to cook in the restaurant according to the same recipes with a bias in Greek cuisine as in the previous Semiramis, Berkovich will also develop the menu, but in a team with chefs they are still being selected, but, according to restaurant representatives, it’s already possible to say that one of them will be Greek and the other Russian. There will also be a bar in Semiramis, Vitaly Skripchinsky, who previously worked in the bar of the Ugolyok restaurant, is responsible for it.

In addition, at the entrance to the restaurant there will be cookery, home-made Russian dishes will be sold in it: pancakes, cheesecakes, meatballs and so on.

Second Cafe Doodles

The owners of the small noodle house Doodles on Pokrovka, spouses Gaina and Yevgeny Denisov, open a second cafe, this time at Dynamo in TC fleet". Doodles will not work on the food court, but in the format of a separate cafe near the cinema. The space is larger than in the first Doodles - designed for 25 guests. The menu is the same as on Pokrovka: soups, rice, noodles, salads. From the new - steam buns.

Cafe "Spark"

Restaurant and bar of the Stay Hungry team of Alena Ermakova and Anna Bichevskaya on Pokrovka. There will be no waiters in the cafe; all orders are planned to be taken at the counter. The menu details have not yet been disclosed, but it is already known that the average check at Iskra will be 700 rubles. The name of the chef is also kept secret.

The Iskra will be divided into two floors: on the first floor there is a small cafe and cooking with farm products, prepared dishes and semi-finished products of their own manufacture. And on the lower basement there is a bar and "spontaneous wineglass", which will "appear from time to time and be announced on social networks." The cafe is designed for 25-30 guests, the bar - for the same.

Wine Bar Winil

Mikhail Volkov, sommelier and co-founder of the True Wine blog, opens a wine bar. They promise a lot of rare wine at affordable prices, as well as lectures and master classes. In addition to the wine list, the bar will have a full menu with food. Chef - Alexander Ermakov, who previously worked in the Scandinavia restaurants, Salon De Gusto and the cafe at the Lisya Nora country hotel; author's dishes will be cooked for wine. The average check will be 1,500-2,000 rubles.

Bar Dirty Blonde

The new cocktail bar will begin work on the site of the ugly coyote bar after it moves. Dirty Blonde plans to recreate the atmosphere of the Prohibition era in the United States, as "this is the time that gave an impetus to the development of a cocktail culture": rough leather chairs, a gramophone with blues and dim lights. Here you can try both classic cocktails and signature cocktails, which will be developed by a team of bartenders J. Roger Family, headed by chef bartender Andrei Zastavnyuk.

In the afternoon, Dirty Blonde is planning to hide behind an imitation storefront of a vintage clothing store. And at night in one of the windows you will see what is happening inside. At the entrance to the bar they will put a man in the form of an American policeman of the 1920s.

Coffee shop chain Double B

The Double B coffee shop chain continues to open new establishments, in June three more will appear. Everything in the business centers: Komsiti, Vereiskaya Plaza and in one of the towers of the Moscow-City complex (which one is still unknown).

The menu is standard, as in all the establishments of the network: espresso and drinks based on it (with the addition of milk and other ingredients like sage sauce or lavender sugar) and coffee made by alternative methods: pourover (V60) and aeropress.

Groundhog Day Restaurant

A joint project of restaurateurs Boris Zarkov (White Rabbit Family) and Kirill Gusev ("Restaurant Syndicate"), starring the brand chef of White Rabbit holding Vladimir Mukhin. In "Groundhog Day", according to restaurant representatives, he will cook Russian dishes according to rethought recipes from Russian culinary books of the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries. The menu will include, for example, the following sections: "Pickles, marinades and urinating", "Pies and mincemeats", "Pies, pies and pouches" and "Dumplings, sorcerers and lasagna".

Restaurant "Madame Wong"

Chef Dmitry Zotov, together with partner sommelier Sergei Krylov, are opening a new restaurant - this time with original Chinese cuisine. Now they are already working on two joint projects - Pizzeria Zotman Pizza Pie and Haggis Pub & Kitchen.

In preparation for the opening, Dmitry Zotov traveled to Asia and studied gastronomic features in local megacities and provinces. The Madame Wong menu will include, for example, Shanghai-style dim sums and Hainanese curries. A separate section will be devoted to the Chinese barbecue with author's chef marinades.

As for drinks, homemade rice wine infused with various ingredients, such as citrus or roots, will be added to the wine list. In addition, there will be a bar that will be set by Ira Golubeva, who has become part of the Zotov team - now she heads the Santo Spirito bar in the basement of the Haggis bar. The average check at Madame Wong will be 1,500 rubles.

Food Farengate Restaurant

Restaurant "Fahrenheit" will soon have its own food truck, which will work from Wednesday to Saturday in one of Moscow parks. The cooks from the restaurant team will cook in it, the food is promised "in the Fahrenheit style." The menu is still in development.

Chicha Restaurant

The new restaurant of Boris Zarkov holding White Rabbit Family (restaurants White Rabbit, Selfie, Zodiac), this time with Peruvian cuisine; he will earn on the first floor of the Novinsky passage.

According to representatives of the institution, its opening was the result of a trip to Peru Zarkov and brand-chief holding Vladimir Mukhin. Chicha will prepare modern Peruvian cuisine in three areas: Creole, Nikkei and chief; Each will have a separate chapter in the menu.

The bar menu includes cocktails with Peruvian motifs and chicha itself - a traditional Peruvian low-alcohol drink that is made mainly from corn sprouts in the homeland.

The kitchen should be headed by Andrei Korobyak, who previously worked as a chef at Maxim Bar and a sous-chef in the Geranium restaurant in Copenhagen. He will cook original dishes with a bias in the northern cuisine. Adhere to the style are also collected in the drinks and the interior. And the name of the restaurant is the Danish slang word moss, which translates as "grandmother's kiss."

Second Buba by Sumosan Restaurant

The Japanese restaurant chain Sumosan opens a second restaurant under the guise of Buba by Sumosan; the first works in the business center "Moscow City". The brand chef here is also Bubker Belhit, in whose honor the place is named. This time Buba will have its own room and bar, which is not in the City. According to restaurant representatives, the interior was designed in an industrial style with elements of Japanese design. They say they painted Japanese women on the walls. The menu promises a mixture of Sumosan and Buba by Sumosan restaurants, focusing on sushi, rolls, snacks and salads; there will be no hot dishes.
